Business Controller service provides management with important information about the company’s financial health and business performance and enables them to make the necessary changes quickly and efficiently.  The Business Controller assists the company’s management by producing calculations, analyses and reports that support business management.  Business Controller is an important part of running and managing a business and helps the company to keep track of its goals and stay competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Business Controller can be responsible for one or more functions to ensure good company performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Financial monitoring & management: Monitoring the company’s income and expenses, forecasting cash flows, and managing cash reserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Reporting: Calculations, analyses & reports to support business management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Resource management: Human resource management, optimization of the use of machinery and equipment, and investment planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Market monitoring: Competitor analysis, market share analysis, and trend tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
